Choreographer Wade Robson now claims he was molested by the late pop icon, according to a new report.

As a civil trial rages over the death of Michael Jackson, the late King of Pop's estate could be facing another legal battle. According to TMZ, choreographer Wade Robson, 30, has alleged he suffered childhood sexual abuse from Jackson in legal documents filed on May 1.
The new claims come in contrast to Wade's own testimony: in Jackson's 2005 trial over a set of similar accusations, the frequent Neverland Ranch houseguest denied he had been molested by the pop star. The same trial saw testimony from former Jackson housekeeper Blanca Francia, who claimed she'd seen the two showering together. At the time, Jackson was found not guilty of all charges.
In recent years, Robson has appeared on "So You Think You Can Dance" and worked with stars including Britney Spears and Usher.
Robson's complaint was reportedly filed under seal and has not been made public. It was reportedly submitted with documents asking the Jackson estate case's judge to allow for the filing of a late creditor's claim -- a method used to claim money from the deceased.
Jackson's estate, led by his mother, Katherine, is currently embroiled in a lawsuit against AEG over the company's potential culpability in Jackson's 2009 death.
