Chart highlights from the K-Pop Hot 100 and beyond featuring PSY, VIXX, Super Junior, Wheesung, EXO and more.

K-pop label Jellyfish Entertainment released its fourth annual holiday track "Winter Confession," and it debuts at the top of the K-Pop Hot 100 this week. "Winter Confession" features the all-star cast of Jellyfish Entertainment artists including Sung Shi Kyung, Seo In Kuk, Park Hyo Shin, power rookie band VIXX and currently-unknown female vocalists only credited as the "younger sister."
The song, which was produced by the company's CEO/producer Hwang Sae Jun, composed by composing team Melodesign and co-written by VIXX's rapper Ravi, is a retro synth-pop track with 80s-inspired drum beat sound that describes a man's desire to be the first person to deliver the exciting news of first snow to the woman he loves.

The K-Pop Hot 100 sees an unlikely contender at No. 2 this week: Wheesung's "Heartsore Story" was released in 2011 without much recognition, but thanks to his appearance on JTBC's TV program "Hidden Singer," the song captivated listeners years later, rising to No. 2 this week.
"Heartsore Story," featuring Yong Jun Hyung of Beast, (who sees his new solo track, "Flower," debuting at No. 20) is melodic ear goodness featuring the boy band member's smooth rap skills.
